Through camps across Pune district, starting from Independence Day, we\u2019re committed to spreading the valuable knowledge of Ayurveda to every household.<\/p>

Ayurveda, India\u2019s ancient health science, offers remedies for various ailments without side effects. Namaskar\u2019s Aarogyam<\/em> magazine, as well as other initiatives like Diabetes-Free<\/em> and Vision & Cataract-Free<\/em> City programs, aim to restore wellness through Ayurveda. Even after 66 years of independence, we still follow a system influenced by British educational reforms that sidelined Ayurveda to promote their own practices. It was a great insight and great learning, covering the principles of happiness and getting into the basics of happiness- what are we grateful for and how it helps us. \u2018Discovering Happiness\u2019 is understanding why we are unhappy, 1% of the day (14 minutes), every day, how we can free ourselves from worries, and frustrations, and some exercises.
