It was a great insight and great learning, covering the principles of happiness and getting into the basics of happiness- what are we grateful for and how it helps us. \u2018Discovering Happiness\u2019 is understanding why we are unhappy, 1% of the day (14 minutes), every day, how we can free ourselves from worries, and frustrations, and some exercises.
